As your design evolves, we'll continue working closely with you and your design team, providing ongoing construction advice, budget guidance and buildability input. Staying involved throughout this stage helps ensure every decision remains aligned before documentation is finalised.
Once your documentation is complete, we'll prepare a comprehensive fixed-price proposal based on the final plans, engineering and specifications. Every detail is carefully reviewed, giving you complete clarity and confidence before committing to construction.
With your proposal accepted, we'll finalise contracts, coordinate selections, confirm timelines and prepare every detail behind the scenes. By the time construction begins, every element of the project has been carefully planned and coordinated.
With planning complete, construction begins. Throughout the build, you'll work with the same dedicated team while receiving clear communication, careful project management and exceptional craftsmanship through to the day we hand over your completed home.

Rather than taking on more work than we can genuinely support, we deliberately limit the number of projects we undertake each year.
